 180-day Warranty
 

SLAPPA's 180-day warranty provides the customer with repair or replacement for goods reported damaged within 180 days of the original purchase date. The 180-day warranty only covers damage due to manufacturers defects. Any damage resulting from customer neglect or use outside of the stated general purpose for SLAPPA products will void the 180-day warranty. SLAPPA has the right to refuse any warranty claims it deems void.

Original sales receipt issued by the original "authorized SLAPPA reseller" must be provided for valid warranty.

* Extended 360 Day Manufacturer-Direct Warranty

All products purchased directly from SLAPPA.com, SLAPPA.ca & SLAPPA.co.uk are warranted automatically, all products purchased from SLAPPA.com.au are handled by (Total Impact Industrial Limited). Ths warranty begins one week after shipment of order leaves the SLAPPA warehouse and extends 360 days thereafter. The 360-day warranty only covers damage due to manufacturers defects. Any damage resulting from customer neglect or use outside of the stated general purpose for SLAPPA products will void the 360-day warranty. SLAPPA has the right to refuse any warranty claims it deems void.

 NOTE: All warranty releated issues identified in the first 30 days after purchase are processed by Peninsula-Software.  After 30 days of purchase all Warranty releated issues are handled by the manufacuter (Total Impact Industrial Limited) in Hong Kong.


 

No Hassle Product Returns & Exchanges

Any item purchased from SLAPPA.com.au may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date*. ALL RETURN REQUESTS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Once you have received a Return Authorization, items to be returned should be sent to:

**Please note that if the return is NOT because of a manufacturing defect, (a) Product must be in original, unused condition for a refund or exchange, (b) Items, including packaging (string tags, hang tags and poly bags), returned in less than perfect condition will be denied a refund, (c) SLAPPA charges a restocking fee of 10% of the original product value paid. PLUS, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges including the original shipping and handling costs incurred by SLAPPA to the customer. If you received free shipping on the original order, you WILL be charged for the full amount for shipping the original order. If your original order received discounted shipping, upon receiving your return, you will be charged the difference of the actual cost SLAPPA incurred, less the amount you paid to ship the original order.
